We collect Personal Data and non-Personal Data about you. “Personal Data” means any data that allows someone to identify or contact you. Personal data may also include “personally identifiable information”, “usage information” and “user generated photo content” (e.g., photo, audio and videos and other materials that show your image or your belongings or surroundings or other persons). “Personally identifiable information” is information that tells us who you are, such as your name, the last four digits of your social security number, physical address, phone number, and email address. “Usage information” is information automatically collected by our web server (which may be hosted by a third-party) that your mobile device or web browser make available whenever you visit or use our Site or App, such as your computer’s IP address or browser type. “User generated photo content” is photographic content submitted in the form of electronically recorded photographs and/or other videos and audio materials that show your image and the images of people or things in the photo or video which may be treated as personally identifiable information. By providing Personal Data to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data as permitted by applicable privacy laws. We may also collect your geolocation information with your consent. We may collect this information through the Site, the App or other online service. When you provide Personal Data, the personal data may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world. We do not own, manage or control such servers.
The following provides examples of the types of Personal Data that we collect, and how we collect it. Note that not all of the DZYN Services collect all of the data listed below:
|Account Credentials||We may also ask you to provide your phone number for account authentication purposes. We may require you to provide an email address and password to use the syftr App or other DZYN Services.|
|Device Information||We may collect certain software and hardware information about your Device. For example, we may collect an ID that is unique to the device on which you install and/or access the DZYN Services (“Device ID” and “Device,” respectively).|
|Distance Information||When you use the syftr App, we will collect your location to determine your distance from other users (“Distance Information”) through the GPS, Wi-Fi, and/or cellular technology in your Device. Your last known location is stored for the purpose of calculating Distance Information between you and other users.|
|Messages||When you send a message (which may include photos, location, audio, or video) to other users of the DZYN Services, we may retain the message for archival purposes or as otherwise allowed by law.|
|Profile Information||We may collect Personal Data from you. For example, in the syftr App, we may collect your photo, display name, relationship status, ethnicity, age or date of birth, geo-location data, email address, password for the DZYN Services, height, weight, social network link, “Looking For,” “About Me,” “Favorites,” “Blocks,” “Tribes” and any other information that you voluntarily add to your profile on the syftr App or that is generated through your use of the DZYN Services. You may also have the option to provide information concerning health characteristics, such as your HIV status or Last Tested Date. Remember that if you choose to include information in your profile, and make your profile public, that information will also become public. As a result, you should carefully consider what information to include in your profile.|
|Feedback/Support||If you provide us feedback or contact us for support we will collect your name, telephone number and email address and possibly other Personal Data, as well as any other content that you send to us in order to reply and address any issue. If you contact us for support, we may also collect and retain certain technical diagnostic data, such as your phone model.|
|Mailing List||When you sign up for the DZYN Services, we may collect your email address to send you syftr news, DZYN Services updates, the latest information on products and services, and third party offers.|
|Partner Promotion||We may collect information that you provide as part of a Partner Promotion (defined below).|
|Third Party Platforms||If you use or connect to the syftr Site or download the DZYN Services through a third party platform, such as Facebook, you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your third party platform profile/account. We may also access information contained in cookies placed on your device by the third party platform. Note that we may share this information with the third party platform for their use.|
|Third Party Tracking||Our advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies or other tracking technology which may collect information about you within the DZYN Services. We do not control use of these tracking technologies.|
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. However, we do not recognize or respond to any DNT signals as the internet industry works toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.
In addition to the uses described above, we use your Personal Data in the following ways:
Identify You. To identify you as a user on the DZYN Services.
Provide Products and Services. To provide the products and services you request, including the DZYN Services. Improve Services. To improve the DZYN Services.
Communicate with you. To respond to your inquiries related to support, employment opportunities, or other requests, and to send Promotional Emails to those users that request or authorize them.
Partner Promotions. To conduct a Partner Promotion that you request.
Marketing and Advertising. For marketing and promotional purposes, including to inform you of products, services or offers of syftr, our related companies or business partners that may be of interest to you.
Administration. For internal administrative purposes, as well as to administer or manage our relationship with you, including to communicate with you regarding your use of DZYN Services.
Employment. If you apply for employment with syftr or currently work for syftr, to manage your employment application, assess your qualifications, and manage your employment with us (applies solely to the syftr Site).
In addition to the specific situations discussed above, we disclose Personal Data in the following situations:
Better understanding how you use our Site;
Detecting and defending against fraud and other security risks; and Better presenting advertisements, products, and/or services of interest to you.

Other Disclosures. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose information including Personal Data you provide if required to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to (1) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); (2) protect or defend our or a third party’s, rights or property; (3) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, or suspected fraud; or (4) protect someone’s health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including you) is threatened or occurring.
Sale, Acquisition, Merger, or Other Reorganization. In the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business assets, including a brand or line of business, or acquire another business entity or are involved in a corporate reorganization or other change of control, Personal Data may be shared and may be one of the business assets that is transferred as part of the transaction.
Nothing in this Policy restricts our ability to share aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify you and is not Personal Data.
You can make the following choices regarding your Personal Data:
Access To Your Personal Data. If required by law, upon request, syftr will grant a user reasonable access to the Personal Data that syftr holds about the user. All requests must be directed to the contact in the “Contact Information” section of the DZYN Services.
We use industry standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data. However, since the internet is not 100% secure, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that e-mails and other communications sent to us through our Site are not currently encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.
In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may notify you using the contact information (by email, text message or otherwise) you provided to us when you create a user account.
You help to maintain the security of your Personal Data stored in our systems by keeping your credentials confidential. You should protect your credentials and not share it with any other individual. Be sure to sign off or log-out when finished using a shared device. Do not allow third parties access to your Device, or to log-on under your login credentials on your Device or any other device. Do not allow other persons to use or access your Device if you are logged on to the App or the App is accessible.

The following additional information relates to our privacy practices:
Permissible Age. The DZYN Services are intended for users 18 years of age and older only We do not intentionally gather Personal Data about visitors who are under the age of majority. If you are aware that a child or minor has submitted Personal Data on the DZYN Services, please contact us using the information provided below so that we can take appropriate action. You agree that you will not provide us personal information or use our Service if doing so is prohibited by local law.

syftr will also initiate an investigation if you contact us with a complaint against our privacy practices or a concern that our practices do not conform to the requirements in your jurisdiction. We will attempt, where practical, to ensure ongoing compliance with any legal obligations.
